Frequently asked questions
- Do I need an account to order?
- No. You can check out as a guest, and the confirmation is sent to the email you give.
- How do I sign in?
- With your mobile number. We send a one-time code to it by SMS — there is no password to remember.
- How can I pay?
- Online at checkout, by card, UPI or netbanking, or from your Madhuramay wallet. Every order is prepaid — we don’t offer cash on delivery.
- When will my order arrive?
- Orders are dispatched within two working days of being confirmed. Where the courier gives one, checkout shows its estimated delivery date for your PIN code. See Shipping.
- Is the colour accurate?
- Photographs are of the piece as received, but screens differ, and a small difference in shade is not a fault. Returns are accepted only for pieces that arrive damaged, so please read the product details before you order.
- Do you have a physical store?
- No. Madhuramay sells online only at present.
